MC8767
MC8767

AQFILM MC8767 is a new-generation, high-efficiency, broad-spectrum biocide that demonstrates exceptional efficacy against large benthic invertebrates such as shellfish, clams, and barnacles, as well as algae. In seawater treatment processes, contamination by large benthic invertebrates, particularly mussels and barnacles, often leads to blockages and damage in valves, nozzles, and other mechanical components, reducing the efficiency or even causing malfunctions in water treatment systems. Practical applications have proven that AQFILM® MC8767 effectively eliminates large benthic invertebrates, including Asian clams, shellfish, and barnacles, at low dosage levels. Additionally, it efficiently inhibits the growth of algae such as Chlorella vulgaris (green algae), Chlorella pyrenoidosa, and brown algae.

ASD 700

AQFILM ASD 700 Series is a high-performance scale inhibition dispersant, especially suitable for water quality with high contents of metal oxides, silica, and scaling salts. It has high scale inhibition efficiency and does not coagulate with residual coagulants or silica compounds rich in aluminum and iron to form insoluble polymers. It can reduce the operating costs of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration systems and extend the service life of membranes.

ASC 7110

AQFILM ASC 7110 Series is specifically designed for open evaporative cooling water systems, offering dual functions of corrosion inhibition and scale prevention. It exhibits excellent dispersion properties, crystal distortion capabilities, and corrosion resistance. This product effectively prevents scaling in cooling water systems, controls common scales such as calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate, and prevents blockages in formations and pipelines caused by scaling. Simultaneously, it disperses corrosion products in the system to avoid deposition, maximally protects carbon steel pipes from pitting corrosion, and features high-temperature resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, stability under reservoir conditions, and low dosage requirements.

MC K105

AQFILM MC K105 is a compounded non-oxidizing biocide specifically designed for industrial water treatment. It can be used in both open and closed recirculating cooling water systems to control a wide range of microorganisms, including aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, algae, yeasts, and fungi. Controlling the microbial population in industrial water systems is essential to prevent biofouling. In cooling systems, biofouling in heat exchangers and cooling tower fillings reduces heat transfer efficiency, leading to unexpected shutdowns, prolonged maintenance periods, and production losses. Microbially influenced corrosion (MIC) associated with biofouling also damages equipment. Therefore, preventing biofouling is critical to avoid such incidents in operational facilities.

CT 5010

AQFILM CT 5010 is a special cleaning agent specifically designed for solar photovoltaic power generation systems. It can quickly and effectively remove pollutants such as dust, sand, bird droppings, insect resin, oil stains, etc., from the glass of solar photovoltaic modules, demonstrating excellent decontamination ability. After cleaning, the glass surface of photovoltaic modules has a certain antistatic capacity, which can reduce the accumulation of static charges, thereby decreasing the adsorption of dust. While effectively removing dirt, it inhibits the formation of new dirt, forming a protective barrier on photovoltaic modules to efficiently prevent the formation of new dirt and corrosion.

CT 502

AQFILM CT 502 is a liquid formulation with a high pH value. It can be used for all aromatic polyamide membranes and cellulose acetate membranes, as well as reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane systems, showing excellent cleaning effects. Moreover, it can extend the operation time of membranes and reduce the cleaning frequency.

CT 503

AQFILM CT 503 is a low-pH liquid formulation suitable for all aromatic polyamide membranes, cellulose acetate membranes, as well as reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane systems. It offers excellent cleaning performance, extends membrane service life, and reduces cleaning frequency.

FLO 6150

AQFILM FLO 6150 is a new-generation organic coagulant polymer product with ultra-high cationic polymerization degree. As a liquid organic polymer product, it is convenient to use and can be completely miscible with water. In the wastewater treatment process, it can replace traditional inorganic flocculants such as ferric trichloride, polymeric ferric sulfate, and polyaluminum chloride. At the same time, it has the advantages of replacing organic flocculants such as poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) and polyamines.

FLO 6350

The AQFILM FLO 6350 is a new-generation iron-based high-efficiency composite water treatment agent, a disinfection and water purification product that integrates oxidation, adsorption, flocculation, disinfection, decolorization, and deodorization. It can quickly kill bacteria and viruses in water without generating harmful by-products such as carcinogenic and teratogenic trichloromethane and chlorophenols. Meanwhile, the reduction product, as an excellent inorganic flocculant, forms alum flocs in water, which have a high density and fast sedimentation rate. It can be applied in a wide pH range and also has the effect of reducing COD. With good coagulation, when used in combination with other flocculants, it can play a coagulant aid role and reduce their dosage, reflecting good economy.

DTRO

The disc tube reverse osmosis membrane (DTRO) has a unique structure. The channel between membrane sheets is as wide as 6mm, the flow path is only 7cm, and the convex point design of the flow guide disc forms high-speed turbulent flow. This gives it strong anti-fouling performance, self-cleaning function, and no reliance on complex pretreatment.
