AFN Series, AFP Series, AFC Series, AFS Series, AFM Series, AFD Series
This series of products is a brand-new form of nanofiltration membrane. Using modified PES as the base membrane, the nanofiltration filter layer and the base membrane are "one-step" prepared to form hollow fibers, which operate in an internal pressure mode. Compared with conventional nanofiltration, it combines the filtration form of ultrafiltration and the separation characteristics of spiral-wound nanofiltration. It presents remarkable characteristics of large flux, high recovery rate, and low operating pressure, and can be widely used in the fields of advanced treatment of municipal tap water, direct purification of drinking water, industrial water recycling, and reverse osmosis pretreatment.
This series is the pressure-type ultrafiltration membrane products continuously promoted and used by AQFILM, covering different materials and functions such as PVDF and PTFE. The membrane filaments are prepared by the advanced TIPS thermal process + green recycling process, presenting an excellent homogeneous sponge structure, and the membrane modules adopt a direct-flow all-plastic structure. The production process is green and low-carbon, and the products have the characteristics of large flux, high strength, chemical washing resistance, and easy recovery, which are widely used in various fields and water treatment processes.
This series of products relies on AQFILM's global R&D resources and continuously accumulated product application experience. Through a series of processes including customer needs analysis, membrane separation process simulation, design and development of membrane filaments and modules, application experiments, and optimization for finalization, it provides customers with customized products to meet different process and system requirements.
The AFS series is a type of product submerged in the filtration medium, operating at low pressure through negative pressure suction. The series adopts a "completely open" module design, which significantly improves the dirt-holding capacity of the module. It has remarkable characteristics of small footprint, high integration, and low wastewater discharge. It can be used independently as a filtration unit or combined with anaerobic, aerobic, flocculation sedimentation, chemical precipitation and other processes to form various process units. It is widely used in advanced treatment processes such as municipal drinking water advanced treatment, desalinated water, and reclaimed water reuse.
This series is the "high-flux" ultrafiltration product launched by AQfilm. Using modified PES, the membrane filtration cross-section is optimized into a sponge-like structure through membrane formulation and process control. Compared with traditional finger-like pore internal pressure ultrafiltration membranes, under the same working conditions, its water production capacity is increased by 15%, floor space is reduced by 15%, and initial investment is decreased by 15%. The product can be widely applied to municipal drinking water, desalinated water pretreatment, seawater desalination and other fields.
